Tom is a specialist in SSAS pensions with over eight years’ experience helping clients protect, structure, and maximise their pension arrangements. With a Physics degree and a background at Lloyds Bank, Alltrust, and James Hay, he brings both technical precision and real-world financial expertise.
He has held senior roles overseeing SSAS administration, governance, and regulatory compliance, and is trusted by advisers and members to tackle schemes of all sizes and keep them running smoothly. Tom is known for his informative advice, sharp attention to detail, and doing things properly. Clients value Tom’s calm, capable hands when it comes to their SSAS pensions.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys playing football, golf and walking in the Welsh mountains. Interests that reflect the balance, discipline, and patience he brings to his professional life.

Antonia Georgiou
Antonia is currently studying Business Management at Cardiff University, where she is building a strong foundation in finance, governance, and organisational management. Alongside her studies, she supports Tom and the administration of clients’ pension schemes, assisting with day-to-day governance and client requests. Outside of work and study, Antonia enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis, and discovering new restaurants and bars with friends.
